DP, when I was younger, I used to be able to go long stretches without food but after an stomach ulcer and ulcerative colitis, my stomach can’t tolerate it anymore. Ironically, I ended up losing about 20 pounds last year once I started eating more regularly - which included an AM and PM snack! Stopped the hungry bingeing. [/quote]
