Mask while running?

I just wear a MAGA hat because it keeps people far away, and doesn't obstruct my airways.

You won't make it very far before you pass out from heavily re-breathing all your carbon dioxide

Probably depends how fit you are. I’ve been running with a mask on (4-6 miles), and have not passed out.

VICE is not a reliable resource for health information.

You clearly didn't read the article so why even bother commenting?

Agree - it’s debunked by many actual experts in epidemiology (simulation done by Engineers without epidemiology backgrounds and not reviewed before publishing) ). . Unfortunately a lot of people don’t know that and I’ve been sent the study a few times.

In any event, I run early and in street where possible just to alleviate others potential concerns. And I’m too old and too slow to leave that stream. Lol!

As the article mentions, there wasn't even a study. The engineers just made comments about their simulation models to the press, and it went viral.

You don't need to wear a mask while running or going out for a walk. Masks are for indoor or crowded outdoor venues.
