What meal do you eat that’s around 400 cals and is filling when you’re dieting?

Detox Island Green 180 calories. It’s so filling. Sometimes I only drink 1/2 and that’s dinner.

Tonight I had a warm farro salad with asparagus, mushrooms, and peas. It was definitely under 400 calories, but all the fiber and protein keeps me full for hours.

Lettuce wraps! Crockpot any type of chicken (Mexican, Buffalo, bbq) and make a nice wrap or two! So good and filling. Also use these for tacos
