I would be honest with my friends. It disappoints me when my friends have a falling out. I have tried successfully to get some friends back together. I wouldn't try if it were something like this. Its none of her business but you need to express that a group outing isnt possible to get this person to drop it.

I would just say. "He and i arent friends and never can be. If you are my friend and i want to maontain our friendship. If you push this i will also have to end my relationship with you."
