Thanks God most people do not have to ask Church of England for permission.
Oh wait, it came out funny.. Technically a paradox.

There is a huge difference between welcoming people into the fold, and celebrating or ignoring their behavior that conflicts with church teachings. The whole point of a church is not to pass judgment, but to band together to help each other move past the "natural man" and to develop self control and moral behavior. In that way, churches welcome all. Christ loved all, associated with all, but demanded that all change their behavior to conform to his teachings. Please stop pretending that to be Christlike means to accept all behavior. |
Why? It’s Biblical. Or shouldn’t the church care about that anymore, just because some people in 2020 don’t like it? |
+100 Churches are made up of sinners, as we all are. But we are not to condone sin. |
Please show us where Jesus talked about homosexuality. |
You’re ridiculously ignorant for a bigot, although I guess the two come hand in hand. The Catholic Church did NOT approve the beheadings, or anything else Henry VIII did after divorcing Katherine of Aragon, his first wife. One, he broke away after Katherine, so he didn’t need their approval. Two, breaking away made the Catholic Church into his enemy that opposed pretty much everything he did. I’m not Catholic but I know these basic facts about history. Maybe get a new hobby besides flaunting your ignorance by hate-trolling Catholics on DCUM. |
He didn’t, or at least there’s no record of it. |
