I think the divorce part was all right, but the beheadings of wives and burnings of nunneries were not.  The Catholic church was OK with the beheadings, but didn't approve of the divorces or burnings.[/quote]

You’re ridiculously ignorant for a bigot, although I guess the two come hand in hand.  The Catholic Church did NOT approve the beheadings, or anything else Henry VIII did after divorcing Katherine of Aragon, his first wife. One, he broke away after Katherine, so he didn’t need their approval. Two, breaking away made the Catholic Church into his enemy that opposed pretty much everything he did.

I’m not Catholic but I know these basic facts about history. Maybe get a new hobby besides flaunting your ignorance by hate-trolling Catholics on DCUM. [/quote]
