It was clear to me - OP wants to get her car detailed by a company that will pick the car up/do it at their house.

How did you get into the where the seat belt retracts into? Is there a removable part?

I have a lower end vehicle, so I had to use my hands (with gloves on!) to pull it all out. It was GROSS, but then the smell went away.
