I am thinking OP may just need something that feels better on her feet. Vans don’t have the best insoles.

I bought myself some Adidas cloud something sneakers to wear when I do my monthly volunteer stint that requires me to stand for six hours straight. I’ve started wearing them everywhere because they’re so cushy and comfortable. My 15-year-old approved, bathroom at Nordstrom rack.
