I am going to dissent here - it's about as inappropriate as him going to a strip club, possibly less so, since he isn't in the same room as the stripper. Like, he is basically paying a specific girl to take off her clothes and dance and touch herself for him. So if you are ok with that, this is that.

Not cheating in my book, I would prefer he just watch the porn though and not spend our money
