Skinny Pop. It’s like CRACK! I just ate an entire 4.4 oz bag (4.5 servings). I said I wasn’t buying it anymore, and gave it up last week? But this week I’m right back to wolfing it down. I’d rather have skinny pop than ANY other food. Not sure what’s wrong with me.

| The tension between wanting body fat under 12% and and wanting my total for the big three powerlifting lifts (squat, deadlift and bench) over 1000 pounds. I'm far from there now, but eating all the food lets me get so much stronger. I've added like 60 pounds to my total in the last two months after being stalled for a long time while I was losing weight, but I've also added 14 pounds, some of it fat. |
What is wrong with a glass of wine every day? I think a glass of wine is good for you. |

All the free snacks at work. Unlimited, free snacks. They kill me. And once I finally wean myself off something (party mix, granola bars, mixed nuts), they add something new (oreo thins & mini kind bars!)

| I'm at my ideal weight, but I constantly have to lose the same 2 lbs from overeating... nuts. Goddamn I love nuts. I eat walnuts every morning, and that's fine. But then I start with the pistachios in the evening and lose all bearing and decorum. A cup of pistachios = nearly 400 calories. I do this maybe 2 nights a week. |
