Learning to sew a button is such a basic skill! Even my husband grew up knowing how to sew on a button.

OMG...I haven't read all the responses, but totally reasonable reaction in my mind. Your son is old enough to know better.

That sounds nice PP but that is unusual. Every school I’ve ever worked at has had issues with theft. The worst one was the private school. Not everyone has ,only to have two of everything that is $$$.
