There was. It was called Mark Twain and it was located in Rockville. Board of Ed shut it down about a decade ago.

Mark Twain is now the Blair Ewing Center, which is the Alt 2 placement. I am pretty sure this is where some of the boys are now attending school.

MCPS seems worse than other school systems IMO. There must be a systemic problem, and there is obviously a lack of solid leadership. Plus, it is obviously too large of a school system to be run effectively.
