She's just smiling in a weird way. I've seen plenty of bad plastic surgery. It doesn't make your mouth asymmetrical.

She haws been having a lot of work for a long time. BUT, she looks good. She looks much better than say Melania Trump with her tight frozen face and cat eyes.

Bad work is Melanie Griffith, Meg Ryan, Janice Dickinson etc.

Whose fault do you think it is when people have bad plastic surgery? They're all going to the best doctors. Do some actors push for too much, or do surgeries settle in differently on different people?

My mouth is slightly crooked like that, but it's from Bell's palsy.

It's a photograph - likely caught her trying to say something out of the side of her mouth. She's a model, for chrissakes -- she is very used to smiling 99% of the time, though eating, talking, etc...
