More than Million apprehensions at least five year since 2000. One year, more than 1.5 million.

The question is why could the Bush Administration handle a significantly larger influx without a National Emergency? Especially if Trump is hiring only the best people.

What a deceiving, bad headline from NYT. Not only does the 76K include asylum seekers, but in 2000 number of apprehensions exceeded 76K every month but one, with more than 213K in Feb The border didnt “break” then, either.

And, we now have upward of 17 million illegal aliens in our country. Some estimates are at more than 22 million.
I guess we should stick with the status quo. Just a matter of time before illegals outnumber citizens, right?

So during Obama's term, the numbers went down, but after he's been gone for two years, the numbers have gone up but it's still Obama's fault? Trumpian logic.
