| I think I'm the OP of this thread so I guess I can now answer my own questions from a year+ ago. DS continued to grow but did not have another 'two-inch spurt' like that in summer '18. He grew 4-in in '18 and 3-in in '19, and in both years grew more in the spring/summer than fall/winter. So he fits the start-stop growth pattern rather than streamlined. With that information I can say with good confidence that if he grows very little the next six months then he's probably done with gaining height. He's off by less than one inch of his Ped's projected height based on his growth chart in the early years, so it'd be pretty incredibly accurate. |
