If you’re kids are okay with some sad or scary bits, the remake of Pete’s Dragon fro a few years ago was sooooo good. (Robert Redford is the grandpa.)


I actually liked the first Pete's Dragon better. The Grogans might be a little intense, though, for a 4 year old.

Also dont they almost put a kids finger in a blender? I havent seen the movie since I was a kid but that stuck with me as absolutely terrifying.

Do you mean "real" as in non-animated? In which case, we just watched Elf with ours and it was a huge hit.

I saw ET in the theater at 3 & loved it! Pete’s Dragon is great, too.
