My DD is 21 and still loves Parent Trap. She made me rent it last month!

That is why I suggest Pollyanna.

If you can find it, The Happiest Millionaie.
Parent Trap, Pollyanna, and the Happiest Millionaire were on constant rotation in my house growing up.

Also maybe Bedknobs and Broomsticks, although that feels a little more dated. (But Angela Lansbury is a national treasure.)

My kids hated this under age 10 or 11. It’s super sad for a big part of it where ET gets sick.
If you’re kids are okay with some sad or scary bits, the remake of Pete’s Dragon fro a few years ago was sooooo good. (Robert Redford is the grandpa.)

air Bud (the original) is really good. And the gazillion sequels with the puppies are dumb but are so cute it doesn’t matter.

I think you want classic Disney live-action films. (Parent Trap is one).

Wikipedia has a listing of the Disney films. Live-action films are coded with a yellow L.

Back to the Future, while a great show, has a rough scene in the parking lot.

By real, I'm not sure if you mean live-action, or live-action that's realistic fiction only. If you're willing to include fantasy/sci-fi elements, then you might also try the following movies:

Spy Kids
ET
Short Circuit
Night at the Museum

(These may have objectionable language)

It Takes Two
Casper
Alaska
The Borrowers
Indian in the Cupboard
The Little Rascals
Mrs. Doubtfire
Matilda
Hocus Pocus
Shiloh
Homeward Bound
Baby's Day Out (my absolute FAVE at this age)
Blank Check
Richie Rich
Angels in the Outfield
The Santa Clause
Honey I Shrunk the Kids

They just do not make good kids movies anymore, right? I've watched some of these recently and they totally hold up to me, but maybe it's just nostalgia.

I don't think the live action ones are as good but the CG movies of today (i.e. Pixar) are much better than the animated movies of our day.
