Vote for ficker, end the one party office.

Folks! Ficker has no chance. Don't waste your vote on him when it could go to Floreen who needs it to beat Ehrlich.

So obvi, you want Ehrlich to win. A vote for Ficker is a vote for Ehrlich.

Please please please come up with a decent moderate republican candidate for the next election. It would be nice to have a two party system here.

She is in the pocket of Developers - so watch out if she wins.

Yes, I like development. I like things being built. I don't want to live in a place where businesses and building are stopped.

Do you like million dollar town homes? That is what will be built. Not SFH's which is actually what is needed. Or, affordable homes.

Actually this is incorrect. Yes, Floreen makes concessions with builders; however she has negotiated plenty with them in exchange of them building more affordable homes (MPDUs); which is needed for teachers, police officers, young professionals starting out, etc.

Huh? Why do you think the answer is SFHs? I don't want million dollar THs either, but dense housing--including affordable housing stock--and retail development is what's best.

Well you are an idiot. I mean what else can I say. You should really look into how Gov Le Page got elected. Moron's like yourself. However, we cant all vote against our interest Save that for the Floreen voters.

Enjoy your shtty townhomes and congested roads!

That is not what developers are doing in MoCo.

Actually it's Elrich that's the idiot. He actually stated that low-density will make for more affordable housing. Plus he also is against development that includes set-asides for MPDU's.
Growth and congested roads are going to occur regardless if Elrich wins; you can't stop growth from happening. And your reasoning makes no sense. If TH's are going to be million-dollar and above, why would SFHs or affordable housing be any cheaper. If anything, with Elrich, all new housing would be super-expensive due to Elrich's proposed regulations.

That is a warped summary of his position. Try again.
