Here are the results of 9 fertilized eggs.

1-12 fragmentation 30 (donor)

5-16 cell zero frag (morula)

6-early compact frag30
7-early cavitating 20frag
9-early compacting 20frag

Thoughts on the morula?
Everything is so far behind right? Today is day 5.

How is this possible? Why does nothing even make it to blast and then test negative? I have fertility numbers of a 32 year old and then I guess the quality of a 45 year old. How is this possible? Anything I can do?

OP, Why not try ccrm They helped loads of folks make blasts. Please try them. I am not sure what made the difference doctor or lab or protocol or the supplements but at least they will give you more information.

4 three day transfers, some times with "perfect looking 8 cells embryos" and nothing.

Finally the nurse called and gave me the exact stats:

3 made it to early cavitating with 20% fragmentation.

My son is a result of Day2 fresh transfer. So, if none is reaching the blastocyst, consider fresh transfer on Day2/Day3? I was 37 at that time.

PP. I missed OP post. So, u already tried fresh transfer on Day 3. I am going to try my last fresh cycle with new protocol next month, not using the antagonist at all, but supplementing progesterone from the beginning to control LH right up to retrieval. I will be on 275~300/day Menapur and HCG trigger.

I’m so sorry, OP. I’m in the same situation as you. Going to try a microdose Lupron flare protocol. If that doesn’t work probably donor eggs. All my numbers are great. My quality is terrible.

Please let us know how it goes at CCRM.

OP, how did your appointment go at CCRM? What did they suggest for you?

I started another cycle w SGF doing the Lupron Stop protocol and made an appt with CCRM in January.

My AFC is higher than ever and with less Menopur (on day 8) I have 10 follicles over 10 mm and 10 close to being measurable. I just wish my body would be more predictable and just give me one good embryo!
