| I wake up at 6 and I'm exhausted. Takes nearly 30 minutes to drag myself out of bed. I try to get in bed by 8:30 or 9, but I don't usually fall asleep until 10. |

| I’m up at 5. I try extremely hard to be asleep by 9. I’m the person who has always needed a lot of sleep. Nine to five doesn’t work for me. I’m always tired. I think part of that’s is my ongoing iron/b12 anemia. |

Exercise doesn't increase everyone's energy level to the point where they need less sleep. I've always dragged through the day if I don't get a ton of sleep, and I exercise a lot. If anything, I need more sleep when I am exercising strenuously to recover. |

I'm a high school science teacher. I haven't used cocaine since the 90's. But I also compete in the fitness modeling event circuit, and I need to stay in shape. I can promise you, I may only get ~5 hours of sleep a night, but they're good hours, lol |
| I try my best to be in bed NLT 9pm. I always used to make fun of my mom for being a party pooper and going to bed so early. I have since apologized profusely haha. |
| I try to go to sleep by 9:30, but it's often 10. I wake up at 5:20 though, so a little later. I really do much better if I get 8 hours, but that just doesn't happen all the time. |
