Yes, you really can eat small portions of treats. You really think you’re going to make it through the holidays and the rest of your life like this?

Stop trying to be the person who eats zero pieces of pumpkin bread and learn to be the person who can eat half a piece once a week. It can be done. I speak from experience.

Ok smart ass. She said "modified version of keto". That isn't really a modified version of keto. It is just a lower carb diet since she isn't in ketosis idiot.
