It may be that you always encouraged the ball knowing that it can be a ticket to a great education, but it sounds like your son has achieved even more than that. Playing in the NBA is a huge accomplishment, way more impressive and he’ll make more $$ than college. And nba contracts are guaranteed injury or not.
