Read the Magnesium miracle. The various health issues have severely depleted Magnesium in your child.
Start her on ReMag before you put her on medicines. Get her to a therapist too. |

Marriage counseling. Your wife’s bullshit enabling of this eating disorder may kill your kid.
And what everybody else says. |

Start playing food network on your TV through the day so she can catch a glimps of all fun
cooking competitions with kids and adults and she might get into watching food being cooked and judged and she might get into cooking and once you will get her into cooking, all kids who are picky eaters or problem eaters do change dramatically once they start getting involved in food preparation and start cooking for themselves. |
Bullshit. Two of my kids are picky eaters (now in HS) and they've been involved in cooking for years and they still have very limited palates - even though Master Chef is a favorite show. I just don't get why people make these blanket statements. At your age, how can you not have realized that saying 'all kids' just sets you up to look like an ignorant fool? |

Just a thought: my DD who is now a tween was diagnosed with OCD ( a subset of anxiety disorder ). When things began, some of the symptoms sounded like your daughters; she had nausea, stomachaches, restricted her food severely and had obsessive fears about throwing up and getting sick and dying. Obsessive thoughts de-railed her life. She then moved into compulsive handwashing and fears of things around the house and the school being “ contaminated”. She was suffering intensely and also wondered if she would ever feel happy again. Now, two years later, with a small daily dose of Prozac and high-quality therapy she is in a really good place. Happy, healthy, doing well in school and friendships.
There is hope for your daughter. Please somwhatever it takes to get her medically and psychologically evaluated. She’s trusted you and asked you for help. You got to drop everything and make that your priority |
