It has ~30% of Mongolian kids. Not 'diverse'. |
Occam's Razor, honey. |
Okay, I'll rephrase that: No child catches mumps by himself. He gets it from somewhere. |
| Meh. I’d rather smugly twist myself around in logic pretzels, gloat about my international ( walkable) neighborhood, and call people f#ck face. It’s Wednesday after all. |
Ran out of spraypaint, huh? |
Meh. Less boring than hearing you whine ON and ON about how the county isn’t serving your car free lifestyle and WHAT WILL HAPPEN?!?!? to your neighborhood school! |
If it’s in APS it will hit her soon enough as well... |

I think McK got disinfected this week. I realize that this is a non sequitur...
Anyway, when I worked at a preschool, and anti-vaxer's child got whooping cough. Nobody else at the preschool did. Ops, there's another one. |
Is that why you hate ASF so much? A "car-free lifestyle" is just too appalling to you? Let me guess: you live up in CCH and have never step foot out in your neighborhood. And your tagline is: "walking is for poors".

Anti-va was. Idiots. |
That was : Anti-Vax. Idiots. |
| Is this a rumor or has public health sent out a notice? |
Public Health sent a notice. |
Didn't Sidney Crosby (Pittsburgh Penguins) have mumps? My friend, who i can't imagine wasn't vaccinated, also had mumps. I don't think mumps is as dangerous as measles or anything. |
People who are infected with mumps don’t get sick right away—it can take 2 to 4 weeks for them to show signs of infection In most children, mumps is pretty mild. But it can cause serious, lasting problems, including: Meningitis (swelling of the tissue covering the brain and spinal cord) Deafness (temporary or permanent). Men and adolescent boys can develop pain or swelling in their testicles, which rarely results in sterility. The most serious complication is inflammation of the brain (encephalitis), which can lead to death or permanent disability. |
