It's all relative. Wootton cluster is mostly UMC, with very low poverty rates and recipients of subsidized housing or other programs. So while not everybody in Wootton is a millionaire, most are in good shape. Median income is significantly higher.

RM has the IB to tone down their poor test scores and FARMS. Without it they are average at best. Below QO and Rockville. Many notches below the W’s.

+1 seriously.. jw is rated a 9. Do the kids somehow become dumber when they hit HS? Yep, RM has about 25% FARMS, which usually equates to low test scores.

As for kids having sex in school, I'm gonna guess that this isn't the first time this has ever happened in the history of all high schools.

My child goes to Frost. We are middle class and have a house. We do not go to elaborate vacations. I get my child cloth in Nordstrom Rack on big sales from clearance rack, like $5 shirts on recent Black Friday, so she will not feel like Cinderella.
We have different people at Frost. My child had stinking t-shirt stolen from PE locked locker there. We even know child who got stolen used $5 t-shirt with spot in certain place, school did nothing...
There are some very expensive houses that belong to Frost. All houses across from entrance to Frost for example... Most are well over million... There are also people who live in apartments.
But my child found her crowd. We are happy with Frost.

Wootton's even million dollar houses are not even remotely close to Beverly Hills.
On top of it, there are much more expensive houses in this area that do not belong to Wootton.
