Wrong. PP here who grew up on fast food and was a D1 athlete. I have never eaten fruit—not one single fruit—and rarely vegetables. I am 37, 5’4, 125 pounds. Have never in my life been higher than 145 pounds and that was during a time I was very ill with Lyme. I had blood work less than a month ago. Perfect cholesterol, sugar, everything else is 100% normal.

Typical DCUM generalization from you though. Makes you completely NOT credible.

You are entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts. What an idiot.

This is BS.

If you don't have high fat and protein in their diet they will get injuries.

Did pp say her kid doesn't eat enough fat and protein?

Land the helicopter mom. Pretty sure my athlete has a lower body fat percentage and more muscle than yours.

No history of heart disease in my family, or obesity either for that matter. As a middle aged dad, I have singe digit body fat and today at the gym was deadlifting more than a powerlifter my height who weighs twice what I do. And I'm pretty sure I run, swim and bike faster than you. And my heart is healthier. Suck it.

Sigh. This is one of those things that stupid people repeat because they think it sounds cool without actually understanding what it means. PP listed a bunch of specific facts, but apparently you missed that.

Just because she is thin and her 37 yo body is tolerating eating junk does not mean she is healthy.

It's not the 80s anymore you can't fuel an athlete with junk.

Hey the NFL use to drink beer before games so it's okay right.

Apparently you can -- my athlete eats a lot of fast food (in addition to the healthy meals we prepare at home) and does quite well.

By what metric are you diagnosing an internet stranger's health that's more valid than blood work and a doctor's visit? Did you read her aura? Do you perceive magic vibrations coming out of your computer screen?

So you fuel him with healthy food and he occasionally has junk.

That makes sense but not what PP said.

So you agree with me. Nice, thanks.

Heroine addicts are thin too.

How are you measuring her health? Her word. You know how many thin women die every year?

I don’t consider an opinion credible when its author cannot spell. I think you’re just mad that no one is buying your “facts” argument since there are clear examples to the contrary.

Haha, if I ate what my athlete eats... not hangry, if your insulin is not all messed up you don't get hangry.
