I thought that perhaps the weekly menu included too much seafood, but this article suggest that seafood more than 2x a week is probably OK:

| Jesus Christ, loosen the reins a little and feed them mostly healthy meals but let go. The fact that you can list their meals and portions like that is disturbing to me, as a former competitive athlete. |
