What to do about depressed sister

Pp with sister who was also depressed again. If your sister looks like she isn't even grooming herself properly, she may be quite ill. Not saying it is the same for you, but in my sisters case, this was an indication of a manic episode. I would highly recommend that you or your parents come and spend an extended period of time with her (a couple of days) and really understand more about what her daily routine /mood is like.
