What would you do? 11 year old boy embarrassed friend

One stupid mistake can get him registered as a sex offender. Talk to him.

Oh, yeah, I'll bet they're scared stiff. Adults used to tell us this kind of thing all the time. No one took it seriously because it just made the parent look weak because no one ever actually called the police. Just imagine what would happen if the police were called? Under the heroic assumption that the district attorney would even take the case, just imagine the embarrassment that would cause the kid who got pantsed!

It would be big news not only in his own school, but all over town. He couldn't go anywhere without being laughed at. He'd be the town joke.

This is not OK. It is unacceptable behavior.

Of course it is. EVERYTHING is sexual harassment nowadays. The term is so broad that it has no more meaning. Remember the kindergartener who got suspended for kissing a girl after she asked him to?

I'd look into whether the kid who pulled the pants down has some kind of sexual abuse history. He didn't come up with this on his own.

My $$$ would be on his father or stepfather sexually abusing him.

Might be worth a phone call to CPS

Be a parent and tell them you will not tolerate that type of behavior in your house. If they can't follow that rule they cannot come over. Done.
