Is this with an oil company?

Company with more than 2,000 employees.

VP - $210 - $250k
Directors - $120k - $145k
Managers - $60k - $85k

Not counting stocks which was $45k with a recent Director-level cash out. Bonuses are 3% of salary.

Fortune 500 - hospitality (aka low margin business)

Managers - $65-100k + 15% bonus
Director $100k-$150k + 15% bonus
VP - $175-300k + 30% bonus
C-Suite US: $300-400 + 50% bonus
Global C-Suite - sky's the limit + stock

Really depends on industry. In banking directors make $120 salary and 1-2x bonus plus small stock awards. Vps are $160 and 2-5x bonus plus 1-2x stock. Heck our CEO (all c suite) have $300-500 salary but huge bonuses.

The big difference is who gets into the stock options plans and deferred comp plans. That's vps and above.

I'm a Manager and make $115K base, bonus of $20-30K, plus annual raise of 2-5%. Great 401K match, health, backup childcare, and other perks.

I'm an "Associate". I make $200 base plus $400 bonus.

Titles are a weird thing.

+1. Base slightly higher and bonus about half of that but similar perks + a lot of flexibility and insane PTO.

Great data points - thanks. does the bonus exclude any stock/option awards?

Pp here at hospitality co - no stock until C level; we used to get stock starting at director but that stopped about 15 yrs ago

Depends on core function of the and what is the "bread and butter". In an engineering/tech company, Vp of engineering will have base of $400k, while vp of sales or finance is closer to $250k. In a "marketing" or "fnance" company, the comp would be reversed.

Reviving this thread as I'm currently in the middle of an offer negotiation. Does any one have data points for a publicly traded/Fortune 1000 comp for a Director level?

I am being offered 150k and 30% target bonus (50/50 mix of cash and RSUs). They did not offer stock options or RSUs outside of this. For some reason I thought stock options were highly common outside of base/bonus for the Director level

I have about 6.5 total years of experience
