| ^^ sorry didn't see it had been posted |
Did you go to Harvard? If so, there's a small chance. If not, no chance. |
Yes. Ours went from a 2 to a... ( drum roll please!) 3! Yay.
|
Fair enough. Let me reset: If I want my unhooked kid to go to the University of Pennsylvania, which index is more important? |
That's hard to do also |
Attending a TJ feeder MS. Then TJ. |
| Our ES (Freedom Hill) just got worse...now a 5/10. The MS and HS are rated higher though ... |
Is it fair to say that the indices are both meaningless for my question? |
| You guys realize this is based on scores from 2016 right? The scores have been posted since the fall. It's not like this little algorithm/number actually gives you any new info on your school, right? More applicable to real estate values than anything else. |
It's not true that the updated GS ratings have been posted since the fall. Perhaps you are referring to the underlying SOL scores. |
| Several MSs at a 10. BUt only TJ at a 10 in HSs. Does that mean the ratings are relative , rather than their being an even distribution? That is, do the not give 10s to the top X number of schools, and does TJ kill the curve? |
| Does GS have ratings from prior years? |
Yes I meant the SOLS. That's all great schools is based on. |
Yes. TJ kills the curve. The other schools aren't getting close and never will. |
