These ladies look so much better than the plastic/botox crowd with the creepy taut and poofed out faces. Natural aging is so much more attractive.

Shots fired is excellent! I'm really enjoying the episodes I've seen so far. I have the latest two still on my DVR.

It also has another "haven't seen her on my screen in a bit" actress, Jill Hennessy.

I don't recognize her at all and the name isn't familiar. Who does she play, the mother of the White kid that was shot and killed?

+1. I'm starting to become truly concerned that people are forgetting what it looks like to age without plastic surgery.

Seriously. She was everywhere in the 90s until she stepped away from acting for a bit (raising her child in Hawaii, I believe). But she had been everywhere for years. Are you young, OP?
Nope, I'm 46. I never said I didn't know of the show, I did. I just did not watch it. It's not unusual for me. I never watched Seinfeld when it was airing, I only started watching after it went into syndication.

I'm the "seriously" PP. I never watched Mad About You, but she has been acting since the 70s and basically looks the same, albeit older. She won the Best Actress Oscar in 1998!

OP, maybe you recognize her from the movie Twister?
She was also in As Good as It Get.

She looks 20 years older than she did on Mad About You because she is 20 year older. Maybe she will be the one to break the duck face look that is so common that people forget it isn't natural.
She's had plastic surgery though. Major breast implants.

Oh wow. Then you don't know what a skinny white 53 yr old woman looks like without outside intervention.
HH is a great example.

I recognized her immediately from the first picture. I was expecting some kind of drastic change!

I think they all look terrible for their stated ages! Probably because they didn't have sunscreen and everyone smoked back then. My mom is in her 60s and I think she looks better than most of them.

Helen Hunt is so awesome! I'm going to DVR this show tonight. Need to add another one to my list anyway....

I think her wrinkles stand out a little more because her hair is sol blonde. If she was graying naturally, the wrinkles would look more natural.

But, looking at that picture of the aging male actors--who would have guessed Colin firth would age the best of them? Mrwarr! I guess it's the lack of sun in England. Patrick Stewart aged well too.

Jill Hennessy plays the mother of the kid who was shot. She used to be the star of Crossing Jordan from years ago that was on NBC (I think).

Helen Hunt plays the Governor in the show.

This.

I'm sure she's had some work done, so it's not completely "natural" aging. Thank god she resisted the temptation to bolster her lips with fillers. Everyone always ends up looking like the joker. She looks great. She's fair haired, so I expect she'd have wrinkles if she didn't use a ton of botox for years.

It seems like everyone thinks that ending up looking like Joan Rivers is normal...

It's not.

Skinny white woman of 53 here with no "outside intervention," not even Retin A.

I do not look like that. That is a smoker and sunbather. She looks twenty years older than me.
