Beau Biden's widow has affair with his younger brother Hunter

The Daily Mail is such a poor excuse for a "newspaper" that Wikipedia recently issued a policy that it will not accept the Daily Mail as a source citation on anything. Period.

I'm not saying the story doesn't have some truth to it, because I don't know and don't care. But I would not trust anything reported by the Daily Mail to be accurate.

Someone said it was on CNN as well, but if CNN was only citing the Daily Mail, well....I'd still reserve judgement. And it would be pitiful of CNN to report it as news. It just isn't.

It's typical of one of the British tabloid rags to drag totally irrelevant personal crap like this out as if it's "news." Who cares what these people get up to? Unless any relationship affects, say, a public position or business that one of them leads, then it's not news, it's just an indirect dig at the Bidens as a family for...well, why, exactly? It doesn't matter and it also doesn't matter if people on DCUM think it's awful or it's great.

We used to live in England, and the Mail and Sun et.al. exist just to retail famous (and merely semi-famous-by-association) people's personal lives as cheap thrills.

Here you go. CNN is reporting a quote from Hunter Biden to the NY Post

Hunter left his own wife and 3 kids to "care" for his SIL and her kids. Should he not "care" for his kids first?

If it is true that Hunter was already separated from Kathleen when he became romantically involved with Hallie then his relationship with Hallie was not the reason for the split & it's not really accurate to say that he left his wife for his brother's widow.

As for Hunter's kids, how do you know he "left" them? For all we know, his wife could have initiated the separation. And regardless of whose decision it was to separate, the fact that he is no longer with his kids' mother does not automatically mean he is an absentee father. Plenty of separated/divorced fathers continue to be active & involved parents, especially now that 50/50 custody arrangements have become the norm.

You really can't see why this would be awful for his kids? If the relationship becomes permanent, he will be with his own kids (hopefully) 50% of the time but his nephews 100% of the time. You don't see how his own kids will feel slighted in favor of their cousins? These won't be a strangers kids.

So many posts on DCUM that separated men should wait until divorce before dating. Imagine that Donald Trump Jr's wife later married Eric while he was separated but not divorced from his wife. People on DCUM would be excoriating all of them but because these are Dems it's a different tune.

Oh please. These are kids. You're lacking some major emphathy if you can't see how bad of a situation this would be for his children.

These people have had more than enough heartbreak and pain in the lives. If they're happy, and there is no "affair," then who gives a crap? Let these people be. None of our business.

+1.

This. If these were no name people being discussed in the Relationship board the harpies would be out for blood.

Hmmm, this is icky.

But I have met the bidens and they are NOT white trash.

If it was Trump's kids there would be a 399 page thread in Politics by morning.

They would be called every name in the book.

But daddy-uncle Biden gets a pass.

Stunning.

Trump is thrice married and hits on his daughter.

Divorce is part of many people's lives. Sadly. That's not shocking.

Here's a compilation of Biden groping people, including kids. Enjoy.

That is a scandalous claim.

His being thrice married isn't bad and seems less complicated than this with the Bidens. Each of the women he married was not connected to the previous wife and kids. Classic situation seen in many remarriages. This with the abides is so much worse than Trumps three marriages but it's their life to do what they want. I don't think the Bidens are white trash.
