That's a very flattering pic of Aishwarya Rai, well past her prime. In her early twenties, she was impossibly gorgeous, but she hasn't aged well at all.

Aisha in her mid twenties, glorious prime!

Here's another!

And proof that age and childbearing don't spare even the desks among us, alas...

Sorry, "desks" should have read desis, i.e., South Asians

She's still beautiful. A fifty year old person will never look like a twenty year old.

Just for fun.

Facial symmetry has long been associated with beauty although many people don't realize it:

You know who's face was found appealing in social research (during the 1980s) despite being asymmetrical? Phylicia Rashad. Why? because people like her. Yes, she's attractive, but her personality, talent and role as a good mom won over the classical beauties in the research. People liked her and found her relateable.

Jane Alexander was told to get a nose job early in her career:

I think she's lovely, then and now. Her nose gives her character and she recognizes her similarity to her grandfather.

I'm so tired of seeing the same nose everywhere these days. These plastic surgeon created cookie cutters on celebrities and people who can afford rhinoplasty alike, e.g.,:

Yeah, Meryl Streep has a terrible nose, but at least she looks like herself, god bless.

Most desk women become round and Aunty-like after theirs 20s.

If I could look like one celebrity, it would be Gene Tierney:

Probably Angie.....Hands down.

She most definitely won the genetic lottery & has the true birthright of beauty bestowed upon her.

Clear blue eyes, a well-sculpted perfect nose, naturally full lips and high cheekbones.
She looks like she has been carved into sheer perfection feature-wise.

Other notable beauties w/perfect facial features:

• Kim Kardashian (high definition cheekbones)
• Beyoncé Knowles (beautiful golden complexion)
• Julia Roberts (A+ bone structure)
• Jennifer Lopez (high cheekbones/full lips/glowing skin)

I think Charlize Theron is perhaps the most traditionally beautiful woman in Hollywood right now.

One woman who I don't think has been mentioned yet, who I think is lovely is actress Li Gong.

No to Julia Roberts. She is not attractive and looks like a horse. BUT I do like that she hasn't done a ton of stuff to her face though. Poor Meg Ryan and Renee Zellwager.
