No fair including people who have had plastic surgery. (Not all of those cheekbones are real!) I mean, I guess good for them, especially if it is done well, but what's the point. There have always been--as some have pointed out upthread--astonishingly beautiful women in Hollywood without surgery. Now many are starting to look cookie cutter, esp. the noses. Or maybe its just the latest evolution, even those earlier Hollywood women were wearing makeup, dyed their hair, whatever. Although I still think Lauren Bacall probably looked better waking up in the morning after a night out than a non-enhanced Kim Kardashian would look on her best day.

Pictures of her as a teenager and younger indicates that her nose comes by birth and not a surgeon scaple. People used to say the same thing about her lips until Shiloh was born and had the same lips.

How can you tell when we only see them made up to accentuate or hide or "contour" their features? (I do not understand contouring. Why, ladies? Why?)
