My father was a blue collar worker in a manufacturing plant who got laid off; I also at one point got laid off. Neither of us blamed the government. We updated our skills and found a new job. That's called personal responsibility. Oh, and he had limited English skills, to boot.

Trump is the epitome of a money hoarder. He's paid no taxes; he pays his legal fees from his foundation, and apparently his son's boy scout fees. He's asked people who owe him money to pay that money into his foundation so he doesn't have to report it as income. He refuses to hire American workers or produce his stuff here because he wants to maximize his profit.

Agree, I paid my own way through college on ROTC scholarship and taking out loans. Would never have let me parents sell the family house for me to go to college.

I am a big supporter of ACA or at least keeping it and fixing the issues. I have been paying 30 to 33% in taxes for the past 10 yrs which has been supporting many of our veterans, schools, some of the Trump supporters.

Now, I'll enjoy my tax cuts and lower healthcare premiums. I will spend my money on vacations overseas. I will do what Trump supporters have been asking for - let Trump's government deal with it all.
