But, only one of them is working on the case regarding Hillary’s/Huma’s emails.
Fortunately, Trey Gowdy considers him only a “messenger” in this case and not a “decision-maker.” Hope he is correct about this.

He's being pleasantly optimistic.

I can't help but remember that brilliant and enduring bit of work the Supreme Court did when Al Gore was upset about paper bits in Florida.
I was amazed by the job they did. I'm sure similar quality work can come from Podesta's friend.

Do a search for the term "Kadzik" and you will find out that Podesta and Kadzik are very good friends. Kadzik is also friends with Tony Podesta.

Kazdik is invited to Tony Podesta's birthday dinner. Kazdik invites John and Mary Podesta to his wife's 50th. John Podesta and Kadzik have other dinners together. John Podesta hires Kadzik's son to be an intern. Kadzik donates to John's daughter school board campaign in California. In 2008, Podesta recommends Kadzik for a job on Obama transition team and says he is his personal attorney.

There is no credibility left in DOJ after Lynch's visit with husband of investigation target and now this. I have many friends career at DOJ, they are incredibly dedicated and qualified civil servants. They know how bad this is for DOJ as an institution.
