$50. It was on sale and off the rack, and needed minimal fitting. It was between that one and one also on sale for $1500. The $50 fit better and was prettier.

I think around $3000. It was a gorgeous lace gown by Junko Yoshioka, bought at Carine's Bridal in DC. It was worn by a bride in an episode of How I Met Your Mother (not one of the main characters), but I can't figure out how to copy and paste the image here.

Overall budget for dress or wedding?
My dress was $400. This was 10 years ago. Overall wedding budget was $15K. No longer a link but it was kind of like this - http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_strapless-satin-a-line-wedding-dress-op1262_all-wedding-dresses - except the bodice was ivory and the skirt was champagne. |
