Yes he owns the homes. Here is another example- we got our cell phone bill today and it's over on my father-in-law's Number. Another example of a stress we do not need. I don't understand why he can't just give his father-in-law's problems back to him to deal with. It's like it makes him just too uncomfortable to watch them suffer with money. They are the ones who go bankrupt and have terrible lack of planning.
