Yes, this. Email the Director or Center. Then keep an eye out for the car at future drop offs. When you see them in the future you can leave a note. |
Is this a good idea? |
Is this your catch-phrase? You seem to call people this in many forums on this board - which make you a rude annoying ass-wipe. |

Honestly, they probably haven't even noticed.
Someone dinged the passenger side of my car pretty good a few weeks ago at the mall and I didn't realize a week later. I know it happened there because I only ran to the mall to grab a gift, parked in my garage at home, and then took an Uber to the airport for a trip. As someone else said, I just consider it part of living in the city. If I had an extremely fancy, expensive car I'd probably be very paranoid. Never once did I think to go back to the mall and talk to security. I know I've also knocked my door into a parked car and never left a note, but I've never hit one so hard that a permanent mark was left. Usually just a little scuff that you can rub off with your finger. I've been sitting in my car and had people bang my doors when getting out of their cars and never even say sorry. I don't think they even realized I was in my car. It's kind of just one of the "rude behaviors" we've adapted as a busy society. You're not getting arrested, so relax. |
| OP here - I guess I'll look for the other car at pickup today and email the director if I don't see it. Then, at least there is proof that I tried to contact the owner. |
Though I can't feel too badly for someone who spent $300k on a car... |
Meh. I respect other's personal property. How they spend their money isn't my call. |
Let me guess, this was in Maryland? |
|
Op here - no luck at pick up. Would you email the directors for both the camps at the facility or just the one where your kids attend?
Thank goodness for this forum because my friend thinks I'm blowing this way out of proportion and I can't talk to her about it anymore. |
