Look at the kids leaving school and notice what's on their feet.
Mine have all kinds - pumas, adidas and nike. |
OK - thanks. Was trying to dissuade my DH from buying some shoes there.

I think sketchers are fine for adults and toddlers Teens and tweens, no way! |
LOL I'm thinking that poster either has kids that are adults or babies/toddlers. Or has a teen that's not into current trends. |
My post and, no, not a joke. |
Bingo. Straight A brainiac who doesn't give a rip what you think about her. |
| My 6 year old wears sketchers when I find them for $10 or so. I would not buy them for a teen as they are very poorly made and don't last long. I bought some for both my husband and I and after a few months, they were hurting our feet. We generally do Nike or Adidas. My son prefers Adidas as they fit his feet better. |
| Converse seems to rule today. |
| My son just asked for these for his 8th birthday -- http://www.zappos.com/nike-kids-jr-hypervenomx-pro-ic-soccer-little-kid-big-kid-midnight-navy-black-gum-light-brown-total-orange |
Mean girl moms come in all stripes and packages. |
What is cool for a six or eight year old is probably not going to be cool for a high school teenager (OPs question is about high school). |
| Lebrons |
| Just make sure they cost at least 3 digits and you're good. |
