In Stewart's absence I've started enjoying Full Frontal with Samatha Bee.

What a joke.

Yeah, you just edited together about thirty years of inconsistencies.

The only constant through that entire time is the racism.

And misogyny

You are going to have to show a history of that and not repeat everything the media says. Drumpf has many women and minorities in positions of power within his corporations. Is slut shamming misogyny? What about passing laws that disproportionately incarcerated minorities during a drug epidemic..is that racist? Oh so I guess you are not going vote for Hillary because she sure as hell slut shamed and destoried the life of many women who had consensal or nonconsensual sex with her husband. She also supported and help push through laws that incarcerated the majority of the male black population instead of treating it as a health crisis. It just goes to show the point, you don't care about the issues only the personalities.

I love how Samantha Bee keeps holding our collective liberal feet to the fire on not bothering to vote in midterm elections and what a shit show that has created at the state levels. Her piece on North Carolina last night and also on Georgia recently have been brilliant.

Yes that was perfect. We have to take some responsibility and change shit back on our own.

I like Full Frontal and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver as well, though that is on HBO.

I don't watch Seth Meyers but his A Closer Look segments are often on my twitter feed and they are often political and very funny.

Trevor Noah hosts the Daily Show and it is fine. It's not as good as it was, though.

That's funny-I would say that about anyone supporting trump.

...except Trump supporters see orange.

Jon Stewart left his post and now we are all on this crazy, downward escalator...

Yes please. Go ahead.

Someone please provide links to each of those presumed policy positions from DT. I just can't hardly believe he actually has staked all those things as his platform or positions... (even if it was just mentioned in passing, the way that he so often does things...)

I agree, it is fine. But not great. What I loved about Stewart was that he seemed to be genuinely aghast, disgruntled, perplexed, and indignant. I'm not sure Noah is--he seems mostly to just like being in on the joke.

The biggest mistake they made was not picking someone American. Noah just doesn't get it.
