Sibling has a baby; when to visit?

We have discussed. She is not happy with it. I am not sure if that means I shouldn't go at all or if I should keep the original plan. I think she is being unreasonable and crazy.

Not trying to set her straight. She has always been a little unstable and crazy. She was yelling at me about this and I don't really know what to do. We had set something up and now she isn't happy. Honestly, I thought out original plan was good. She never even came to see my kids when they were born, so I am a little confused why she is so upset with me.
