This is how you figure it out -- you take it SLOWLY. Do not commit to anything, take your time and enjoy. Time will tell. If he actually cares and is healthy, he will not crowd you to move faster, commit this early to marriage or other big decisions. Take time to enjoy each other's company. If he presses too hard and tells you it's b/c of how much he "cares", run.
