My husband is 36 and just did all of these things as well (different car). I think he looks super hot w a beard. He gets hit on a LOT. Mostly I am super flattered. Flat stomach, great man beard, I mean he's way hotter then when I married him TBH.

Crossfit isn't surprising, I think most guys have an epiphany one day that they must get back in shape and be the manly man.

The mini coupe makes me think he's turning into a hipster. He'll probably grow a mun next.

I think we all tend to take stock at some time in our lives and make changes. Sometimes for the better, sometimes different, and sometimes for the worse. Sounds like your DH is just looking for something different. Embrace the change and encourage him, he will feel respected and valued and continue to enjoy life.
