This is true. Being sick makes it difficult for one to cook a roast chicken dinner wearing a black negligee and stilettos. Also, hard to create a hardcover book of oneself in the nude. Poor, neglected David.

Yep, agree. I remember very vividly a scene from Yolanda's first season on RHBH where she was sick (may have been early on with the Lyme disease? Or could have been something else that seemed rather mild at the time). And she said something about not wanting him to have to take care of her, that it was her job to take care of him and make him feel special and loved and sexy. I remember thinking that was totally whacked at the time because it was so clearly all about him and how would that marriage survive if she ever needed him for something more than his money. I think he's a total and complete asshole to leave her now. I realize there is a question about whether she's actually sick but they've only been married 4 years, he is clearly not even trying.

I remember watching an interview with him several years ago and thinking what a self-absorbed prick he seemed to be. I'd be more shocked if a marriage of his actually lasted.

Say what? C'mon, she's not Brooks Ayers!

Actually, I think she is going to be the Brooks of Beverly Hills this season. One of the big storylines they are foreshadowing is the other ladies questioning her illness. There's no real consensus in the medical community on whether there is such a thing as chronic lyme disease, which is what she claims to have. Here's an article describing the controversy of chronic lyme: http://abcnews.go.com/Nightline/story?id=128770

I wonder who he will marry next, and I wonder if she has any independent wealth. I suppose Gigi can always take care of her now. She absolutely should not keep the last name Foster after only 4 measley years of marriage.

Absolutely agree with this. She seemed to really care for him, and he is a total egomaniac

I know people with Lyme who have had very serious health problems. Some might not really be that sick, but others do suffer.

Poor Yolanda. I'm really rooting for her. David Foster seems like a self-absorbed jerk.

Wow, I forgot that about Linda Thompson, who was also Elvis Presley's girlfriend.

Girl gets around.

I feel so bad for her. Her husband is a narcissist. The forced scenes with the women watching while the great "genius" played his piano were cringe worthy. It seemed like Yolanda was always insecure about their marriage.

I hate that people are attacking her for her illness. I have more than one tick borne illness and thought I had alzheimers. I don't have a clue what to do about my illnesses. The CDC,who set the standard for what insurance will pay for treatment, doesn't have a clue either. The doctors who are knowledgeable in this area don't take new patients or are absoulte nuts who insist you pay for expensive crazy supplements that have no scientific suppport. Frankly, if you have any tick borne illness, you are screwed because no one knows who to treat them. After you take the first round of antibiotics, it's a crap shoot as to when it all comes back.

What should she do, drop it and go back to Hadid, her previous ex-husband's last name? It's her name now.

They just wrapped up filming the new season and supposedly it wasn't made public during the filming.

Her family is supposed to be getting a spinoff.
