I was just about to post this. Emma Rose and Bridget Nicole are both lovely.

Emmaline is not my style, but I like Nicole, Bridget and Heidi.
I do NOT like Delta or Dallas.

Sounds a bit hillbilly. Emmalinne Rose, sister of Bobbie Ray...

I like it!

I also like Heidi Rose and April Emmeline.

I agree with PPs to spell it traditionally - Emmeline not Emmaline.

Emmeline Pankhurst is a nice namesake.

Rose will be our middle name too (family name)...I liked Amelia Rose, but DH wasn't convinced.

Emmaline Rose is nice. If you want to put Rose first, how about Rosemary? A more formal first name (like Emmaline) that can easily be shortened to Rose or Rosie.

April is also ok. April Rose sounds funny but April Rosemary could work.

Dallas and Delta are really stripper names, sorry. And I have never said that on this forum before but if I met a woman named Dallas or Delta I would really cringe. Your other picks are nice.

I am not a fan. Don't like April or Nicole or Delta or Dallas either. I'm sorry.

Too frou frou. Sounds like something out of an 1800s romance novel

Hate it.

If you met somebody with a "stripper name", you would cringe? That would be rude.

It sounds like you were trying to be different from all the Emma, Emelia, Emerson, Emme, Emily, and decided to put together Emma and Caroline or Madeline.

It looks and sounds awkward (lean? Line?)

She will end up Emmy.

You will be hearing a lot of "wait, it's Emmaline? Like Caroline but with Emma in front."
That is how I would explain it. It's too close to 2 separate and well known names to stand on its own.

*friend of Avigail's mom, and after 4 years I still hear her explain it to someone or other "it's Avigail, like Abigail but with Av."

Emmaline, to me, is "trying too hard." But by that, I don't mean "to be different." It means trying too hard (and failing) to be "sophisticated," "unique/special," "stand-out-from-the-crowd." To me the "kreativ" names and spellings just aren't GENUINE. They just feel forced and overdone.

I like April and Nicole.

Rose as a middle name is very common with a "unique/unusual" first name--overdone.

Emmeline Pankhurst is a nice namesake.

And Emmy Noether is even better! (Signed, mom of Emmeline aka Emmy)
