This is me but just read someone else's comment and it reminded me I get told I look tired a lot lately. And I do! |
| Mid 40s. |
I'm 50. I'll let you know
|
| depends if you have fair skin |
I learned that but still have problems living it! |
Many places card if you look 30 or younger and at least once place that I have been to instructs staff to ask for ID if customers look under 40. So getting carded means very little. |
+1. I saw a 65-year-old get carded - I know because he said "seriously, I'm 65" and he looked it. |

I'm not really sure how to answer this. When I was 29 I no longer looked 19 but I was still young. When I was 39 I was starting to look middle aged. 49 and some days I know I look like an older woman and I have no illusions that I will ever look like a 20 or 30 something again.
Confession: I did do my fair share of sun worshiping, partying, drinking, smoking, burning the candles at both ends when I was younger. So my wrinkles and sun spots are all earned. |
+1,000. I know, what is with all of these comments? Aging is not a matter of race, but of genetics, which vary widely even within a single race. I think that it is just a bunch of PC posters who want to pat themselves on the back for denigrating the appearances of white women and complimenting those of minority women. I've seen plenty of minority women of a certain age who don't look good and plenty of white women who do, and vice-versa. It really is a mixed bag and it does not follow along racial lines as much as some people here would like to think. |

Generalizations only apply to non-whites...
All blacks are thugs, all Hispanics are illegal aliens, all Asians own dry cleaners, all Arabs are terrorists, etc. There is no ALL whites anything white people are individuals they're all different. |
Noted. |
And some places just card everybody. My 68-year-old father got carded the last time I had dinner with him. |
| Define "old" please. |
| Around 47--thanks to a lifetime of sunscreen and hats |
In addition to the "all white women over 32 look like hags" poster, we also get to enjoy the musings of the anti-white race-baiting poster. Hello again PP! By the way, PP, if you actually read this thread, it was indirectly complimentary to minorities by implying that your dreaded white women age worse than they do, so take a chill pill. |
