As an LL Bean loyalist, can anyone compare North Face to LL Bean for me? In terms of warmth and durability? Not in terms of style.

I have a wonderful LL Bean Jacket that I have been wearing for about 5 years..still in perfect shape. I won't be wondering about other choices soon.
