I'll pray for you, OP. Really. I had so many people, known and unknown, praying for me over the course of my life. I was really hurting, making some terrible choices in life, was confused and restless. It wasn't until I was utterly broken in spirit that I asked God in desperation to bolster me and enter my heart.
I was once willful, rebellious and fighting with Father God. He was always there for me, just waiting quietly and lovingly for my return and complete obedience to His word and His plans for my life. I am renewed and transformed and this is my prayer for you, OP...that you will walk in His light. Peace and blessings. |

For my fellow believers and OP;
The Day and Hour Unknown 36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left. 42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. |

Keep watch! Be ready! Don't let your house be broken into.
"So you must also be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him." /that's Bible Study! See you next Sunday, folks!? |
It isn't one of the ten, but there's a good rule out there for living in a pluralistic society.... Don't be a snot. (Full disclosure. I don't believe in the second coming, an afterlife or much else along those lines. I do believe that you get what you give) |

This is the same stupidity from last month. Even the same crack about the weekend. So so lame.

If someone believes in all seriousness and certainty about the flying spaghetti monster, would you deal seriously with this person either in life or business? What if he was your doctor? Yet you give a pass to people who believe the same about Jesus? What makes Jesus so special that FSM doesn't deserve the same sensitivity and consideration? |
to PP -- do you realize that people who do not believe in scripture are not impressed by it? |
What kind of loving God waits until one of his beloved children is utterly broken before helping them? |
Pretty mild compared to people who tell others that they are going to rot in hell unless they believe a certain way. |
Let's be serious, you have no feel ins of generosity towards OP. And speaking of slams -- what's worse, saying that 2,000 year old men don't come back to life or saying someone lives in a dirty apartments and doesn't bathe? |
| When you stop being an a-hole and trolling the Religion board. So, no time soon. |

That sounds exactly like the South Mountain Creamery guy that delivers our milk.
Good catch. It is the same OP. I guess that's what he meant about not settling this in his subject line. Since he seems to be just trolling, I'll lock this thread. |
